While working with Jess, the results were amazing, the difference I saw not in the photos but in the mirror – WOW.
I started out like everyone else, going to the gym everyday pretty much with no direction, I had a goal in mind but wasn’t really achieving it, so instead of going back to google I thought I’d better talk to someone who knows what they are doing.
I wasn’t happy with myself. My confidence was nil but since working with Jess it has all changed, yeah the CM’s and weight that was lost but my biggest change has been in my mind and my confidence.
I found it really challenging to start with, macro counting was very daunting as I had only read small parts on it. After the first 2 or so weeks it was easy to make sense of it all and it all seemed to fall into place. We are a family of 4 and I never had to make separate meals for myself.
After working with Jess I have a better understanding of “dieting”, yes you have to be careful and balance out your micros but you don’t have to watch what you eat. Like I said working with Jess I have a lot more confidence within myself and a better understanding about food in general.
I will definitely be working with Jess again in the future. No question is silly, she will always treat you like a friend, and she is a world of knowledge. Jess will never make you feel bad for having a bad week, Jess will always find a way that works for you.
I recently started PT’s with Jess and I’m really enjoying it. She is really positive and encouraging, while challenging me at the same time. I really like the variety of the things we do in sessions and Jess is always able to adapt my workout due to any injuries I have. She also has a lot of knowledge when it comes to nutrition. I would recommend Jess to anyone, whether you are just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level.
Jess is a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have found Jess a great balance of fun and professional. The program Jess has designed for me has tailored to my injuries whilst still enabling me to achieve my goals. Jess is always organised and prepared for our sessions. Since working with Jess I am not only motivated to go to the Gym, I look forward to it.
This is a review for Jessica Cutting who is helping me transform my life – one gym session at a time. I have been training with Jessica now for five weeks and the results I have achieved have blown me away! To date I have lost 14cms overall and 3.5kgs…but one of the most impressive (to me anyway) was the 400% improvement in the ability to hold a plank…from 10 seconds when I started to 40 seconds yesterday!
When I approached Jessica about training sessions I was lacking in confidence in my abilities and was feeling quite flat, generally lacked energy and was always tired! I wasn’t even sure that having a trainer was for me (there was that lack of confidence!)
My first session with Jessica saw her dispelling any thoughts I had that it wasn’t for me….Jessica took me through my expectations, what I hoped to achieve and immediately put me at ease – we touched on nutrition and discussed some helpful hints which may work for me …I didn’t even mind being measured as I was convinced by then that Jessica and I could work together to achieve results. I came away from that first meeting looking forward to my first gym session!
My reasons to start training were simple – I needed to do something – I wanted to be stronger and fitter – to be able to keep up with my grandchildren and to have a better chance to remain healthy and be around longer!
I think the biggest obstacle I overcame in beginning my “stronger..fitter” journey was myself! It didn’t take Jessica long to convince me that I could do it and that she would be with me every step of the way!
I now have every confidence now that I can achieve the results I desire..I am sleeping better than I have in months, and now approach every day with much more energy (this has been noticed and commented on by family and work colleagues!) I am loving the changes happening to my body!

I started going to the gym in 2010 I was overweight, constantly tired and suffering from mental health. Along the way I got diagnosed with high blood pressure, inflammatory arthritis and asthma.
Throughout my journey I discovered just being present in the gym was not enough to get the results I was looking for. This is when I met my first PT he was great for weight loss and getting me in the right head space for gym. I dropped 3 jean sizes, got my blood pressure under control but he was unable to build my confidence and help me strengthen the muscles around my inflamed joints. So I went it alone again thinking I knew enough to do it by myself. I managed to maintain my weight loss and keep my blood pressure under control, bonus.
Last year I lost control of my asthma my stress levels were high and I was prescribed steroids. The doctor mentioned steroids put weight on some people but I can tell you I was not expecting to balloon out to the point where I couldn’t get my jeans on. Then just to make me feel better about my weight gain early this year the doctor tells me my blood pressures is too high, I needed too loose weight and give up coffee. My motivation was at an all-time low I managed to get the excess weight off but this was just the start I need to lose more weight before my age go`s against me, I was ready to quit.
While I was moping around the gym attempting to get my shit together and find a new trainer, I heard about this exciting new instructor named Jess. I was hearing comments like she is totally client focused, she understands what I want and her programs are the best, they were seeing results and feeling supported. So at the first opportunity which just happened to be when Jess was serving me coffee at the gym, I hit her up for private training. No hesitation, that short chat was enough for me to know she is the one for me.
Since training with Jess my confidence in the gym has grown 100%. I’m trying new exercises and loving it. We, yes team Jess and I are working on fitness, body re-composition, strength training and lots of fun with the main focus being my joints. I am stronger I have loads more energy and with Jess`s support I`ve improved my growth mindset .I just love training with Jess. Jess is my support, my head space coach, my trainer, my life coach and my social outing lol. What more could you want in a coach, Jess gives 100% and that’s how results are achieved. I think Jess is dynamic, fun, hardworking, a phenomenal person. Don’t hesitate if you’re stuck in a rut, lacking confidence or just want to step it up in the gym, Jess is your coach.
I know in the future I will be facing 2 knee replacements so I started on a journey of weight loss to help buy me some time… Well I succeeded in losing 20kg which I was so pleased with but I knew I had to find a way to improve my strength and fitness.. I’m over 50 and have never been to a Gym in my life so I was really nervous and totally out of my comfort zone when I contacted Jess, I was so worried about looking like a complete fool I convinced my Daughter Jen into coming along with me for support and encouragement (Thanks Jen, I’m sure I would have chickened out if you didn’t join in too..) Well I soon discovered Jen and I were in Very Good Hands, Jess took on the challenge and has set up the perfect program of ‘homework’ and PT sessions and I’m feeling stronger and healthier every week and doing this with Jen has been just the Best fun and Jess makes sure our PT sessions work for both of us…. I can’t believe how much I am improving each week, Jess understands my knee problems and has tailored my exercises to strengthen the areas that need work and who knows I may be able to put off my surgeries for longer than my Specialist thinks, but when that time does come thanks to Jess I know my recovery will be much easier….
I would highly recommend Jess as a PT… Jess always puts my health first and she watches to make sure I’m ok with new exercises and quick to adapt them to my ability when needed that alone gives me confidence to try to push myself that little bit harder because Jess is there making sure I’m on the right track…
Healthier, Stronger, Fitter is my motto and with Jess’s help I am learning every day how to achieve my goals and I’m so happy to be able to feel the benefits of my sessions more and more each week..
Hi all I just wanted to share a bit of my journey so far…. For the past couple years, I have went to gym as where we all start off with a passion with a goal with motivation! And it paid off I lost a lot of weight I got into routine of going (sometimes just to get out as a SAHM to have adult interaction and a coffee in peace ) I felt better within myself I was extremely proud of how far I come I’ve had 3 kids I got back to knowing myself again mentally and physically but this time even better but as life does it changes just to keep us on our toes. I found myself just getting nowhere and maintaining my hard work, being complacent becoming less motivated! But I still had stage two of my goal!
I think at one point I thought “well it won’t happen just be happy with how far you have come!” I have always been someone that relies on myself and flown solo when it has come to self-development but one day Jess was present at a gym I went to after a brief chat and helping hand immediately there was something about her that drew me in – her motivation her knowledge her passion! At that point I said to myself I need her and want her in my corner! I needed to push out of my comfort zone, I needed someone telling me to do one more set! I needed someone wanting me to have it just as much as I did! So I got that girl in my corner! After working with Jess she has done all of that plus more!! In a short time I’m already seeing results ones I thought where never going to happen the things I had given up on! I’m more motivated than I’ve ever been!
Jess has reminded me if you run into a wall don’t turn around and give up figure out how to climb it, go through it or work around it, I highly recommend Jess she goes above and beyond for her clients if you’re looking for a PT she is def the one you want
Jessi is the type of trainer you need, not just want! Jessi is the kind of trainer that gets to know each individual client and identifies their unique needs, she then does her research to deliver the best programs for that individual client to help them achieve their goals! Jessi’s unique and hard to find quality is that she understands her clients and gets to know them so she can then identify how they as individuals find motivation and harnesses that. Jessi shaped me to achieve a life-long goal, and became my friend along the way.
I had been going to the gym for 12 months and not really seeing the results I hoped to get. I’d always turn up to a session and like to think I’d put in 100%. I decided to take my fitness seriously and sign up with Jess for PT sessions.
In the 6 weeks working with Jess I have seen more results than the last 12 months.
Jess’s support, drive, motivation and her ability to be able to prepare a fitness plan designed for me is fantastic.
Jess makes the workout session hard but also very enjoyable. Jess always observes making sure I have good form and gets those last few reps out of every set.
Jess has also been able to work out a nutritional plan that works for me.

I first reached out to Jess when she was working in the gym I’m currently at, I was stuck with my own training. I decided to reach to Jess because I liked her training style, it was similar to mine and the way I like to train. Jess has helped me get back on track with nutrition as well as training. I’ve had an online coach before and she was great but what I like about training with Jess is that she is accessible and always there if you get stuck. Jess is a great coach! Being a trainer myself I see the value in having a coach/ trainer to help you achieve your goals, we all need a little help sometimes. Since training with Jess although its inly been a short time, I have found my strength training has improved and getting the results I’ve been chasing.
